Starting or ending your day sporty is possible. Through a unique cooperation between Spinoza Suites and the adjacent Hyatt Regency Amsterdam you can enjoy the personal touch of a B&B and the facilities of a five star hotel. Extensive cardio and fitness equipment are available.
Wellness
A wonderful sauna experience after sports or during a cold winter day. In the basement of the Hyatt Regency Amsterdam it is possible! You can use a spacious sauna, steam cabin and infra red rain shower.
The fitness and access to the wellness is offered in a package together with a lunch and drink in the Hyatt Regency Amsterdam for 26 euros per person. In the morning on the day itself you can determine this and discuss it with the host.

In cooperation with experienced therapist Csaba, who provides massages with his team, we have created a menu of popular relaxation treatments. Please address your questions directly to Csaba and mention that you are staying at Spinoza Suites.
The massage room is located in the basement of the Hyatt Regency Amsterdam, a 2 minute walk away. Csaba welcomes you in the lobby. There is an exclusive shower and toilet next to the massage room.
For a back, neck and shoulder massage prices start at 70 euro for 45 minutes. For a relaxing massage, prices start at 90 euros for 60 minutes.
